Yes. The 14-day free trial includes up to 10 employees. You can test all features: time tracking, payroll, PDF payslips, Excel export. After 10 employees, the system will ask you to choose a paid plan.
Vecto uses a progressive model with a fixed price per tier. The system automatically assigns the plan based on employee count: Starter (1–25 emp, €50/month), Business (26–50, €75/month), Enterprise (51–100, €100/month), Scale (101–200, €160/month), Growth (201–500, €300/month), Large (501–1000, €500/month), Mega (1001+, €800/month). The price is fixed within each tier — whether you have 1 or 25 employees on Starter, you pay €50/month. Tier changes happen automatically.
Billing is in EUR. The app shows the daily EUR/RON rate from the European Central Bank (ECB) in the dashboard. Gross salaries are calculated in RON based on tax rules configured for Romania, and EUR conversion is applied automatically at the day's rate. Vecto HR implements formulas and rules configured for Romania; results should be verified by the person responsible for payroll or by an accountant, and the app does not provide legal or tax advice. We currently accept bank transfer. Card payment via Stripe — in progress.
Yes. Data is stored on secure servers, with daily automatic backups and separate organization for each company. Access only through secure JWT authentication. Each organization is fully isolated. GDPR compliant — export all data or request full deletion anytime.
Yes. The app includes an Import module. You can import employee lists, timesheets, and documents. Supported formats: Excel (.xlsx) and CSV, with predefined templates to guide you.
Yes, fully. Under GDPR you have the right to data portability. You can export: employee data (Excel/CSV), timesheets (Excel/CSV), payslips (bulk PDF), documents (zip), reports (Excel/PDF). Section: Settings → GDPR → Export data.
Yes. Each organization can have multiple users with different roles: ORG_ADMIN (organization admin), OPERATOR (creates timesheets, views reports), EMPLOYEE (views own profile and payslips). SUPER_ADMIN exists for platform administration.
Yes, with no lock-in period. Cancel anytime from account settings. Data stays accessible read-only for 30 days. Export everything before cancelling. No penalties.
